EuroSim Platform (WP4): Robotsan will work with Kaunas University of Technology to create a platform for robotics that fosters algorithmic thinking in teachers and students.Only 25 sample scenario-based learning activities for classroom use will be produced as samples for primary schools, secondary schools and high schools in STEAM fields. The process will take time as first teachers will be trained in countries and then they will produce scenarios under the leadership of WP leaders. Learning Scenarios for Schools (WP3): will be produced by the WP leader Middle East Technical University (METU) and collaborator Vilnius University.Their results, possible problems of the online platform and feedback from the users will be collected by surveys within monitoring and evaluation activities. Teacher Training Platform (WP2): It will be opened, and pilot training will be first implemented in Spain, Portugal, Turkey and Ireland with a sample of 250 teachers.
Training Framework and Design (WP2): Our partners Kaunas University of Technology, CTEM Academy and Blackrock Education Center will focus on creating contents based on e-learning and generate unique courses for teachers that will learn how to employ STEAM in their lessons. The goal is that there will be at least 200 papers selected from all interested countries and they will be turned into a proceedings book upon their presentation in Spain. Final Conference (WP7): It will hopefully be conducted in Spain by Department of Education in Galicia.Impact Assessment (WP7): They will be reported and presented on the project website.Quality Assurance Actions (WP6): Education Department of Galicia and Both Social will check quality continuously through the project and will follow all the steps given by the Scientific Board.Local Meetings for Policy Making (WP5): Meetings with policy makers and final drafting will be done and all suggestions and decisions will be turned into a policy making report. The policy analysis will show partner countries a possible way to be a better education and training service in Europe by 2050, with which needs to be met in advance. This policy analysis, which aims at showing the main points and technical contents of all STEAM works and prospects for future to be presented to policy makers, will be reported as a guideline. Analysis for Strategy Development for STEAM (WP5): With the help of all partners, H2Learning and Both Social will do analysis for Strategy development, and determine what the partner countries need in local and EU Scale. Both Ministries will carry out quantitative and qualitative studies for 30 days. EuroSim Pilot Study (WP4): MoNE YEGITEK and Education Department of Galicia will select a sample of schools and employ EuroSim program, which will be based on scenarios, and e-contents.The material produced will be published on the project website. 250 teachers will complete the pilot training and a report will be written on the online tool by WP leader and main collaborators. Teacher Training Framework and Technical Design of Training Platform (WP2): Led by Kaunas University of Technology, the Scientific Board will analyse all the results and suggest practical implications of the pilot study to improve the platform.Needs Analysis (WP1): each partner conducted field analysis and was asked to distribute at least 400 surveys to the teachers in their region and to conduct semi-structured interviews.
